Our culinary philosophy

Freshness, creativity and variety define our menu. To put it in a nutshell: Young German cuisine with regional influence. We often reinterpret our culinary roots. The results are light and surprisingly different dishes.

But the Westphalians are down-to-earth and love hearty dishes. That is why we offer seasonal venison dishes or the rustic ‚Landhausteller’ with fillets from sucking-pig. Enjoy your meal!
