We are not only a hotel and restaurant, but also a conference venue and popular meeting place for family or company celebrations. To put this into action it requires know-how and flexibility.

Pastry chef Claudia Schnittker and head cook Bernhard Schnittker learned their skills from scratch and make sure that everything is going well.

In the morning Claudia Schnittker creates delicious cakes for our afternoon tea and manages the service. Bernhard Schnittker organises the work in the kitchen.

However without our competent team this would not be possible. That is why the two are very proud of their committed staffwith a lot of dedication to ensure that the guests always like to come.
